Early investigations into cultural identity, urban regeneration and adaptive reuse, developed in Kraków and Montpellier.
The idea behind the place.
These studies were developed during Agnes Nycz-Men’s architectural education at Cracow University of Technology and ENSAM Montpellier. They explore how new architecture can respond to existing places, landscapes and cultural narratives.
The collection ranges from a cultural dialogue centre on Istanbul’s Galata waterfront to residential infill in Kraków, a cultural centre in Oświęcim, a library in Wieliczka, an industrial art-centre conversion and a spa concept near Turin.
