Łódź Heritage Boutique Apartment

A nineteenth-century tenement apartment reimagined as a boutique stay, with restored materials and a playful artistic identity.
The idea behind the place.
The project connects the apartment’s architectural history with Łódź’s wider textile and industrial heritage. Spatial reconfiguration supports its new role as a short-stay residence.
Restored parquet, marble, terrazzo, brass and oak meet Memphis-inspired furniture and detailing. The composition balances historical character with a contemporary, expressive interior.
