Private Villa Renewal

An existing villa reconsidered through warm organic materials, art and a more coherent relationship between façade and interior.
The idea behind the place.
The renewal concept combines soft forms, natural materials and a hospitality-inspired sense of arrival. The double-height living room provides a setting for the owners’ art collection and a sculptural chandelier.
Creamy textures, timber, greenery and layered light bring warmth to the residence. The spatial and façade strategy seeks to create a home that feels contemporary, welcoming and personal.
Developed in collaboration with an Emirati architecture studio for a private local client.
