Modern Villa Transformation

A dated residence from the 1970s–80s transformed through generous glazing, clearer proportions and a complete design vision.
The idea behind the place.
The original house was heavy in appearance and closed towards its surroundings. The redesign introduces a cleaner architectural composition, larger windows and sliding glazing that connect the interiors to the garden.
Architecture, interiors, landscape and technical infrastructure were considered together. The scope extends from bespoke joinery and lighting to the pool, outdoor spaces and coordination of building systems.
