Modernist Villa Transformation

A post-war cube house given a new identity through precise façade interventions, a geometric frame and a stronger connection to the garden.

The idea behind the place.

The existing structure provided the starting point for a contemporary residence. A bold architectural frame and rhythmic vertical divisions rebalance its proportions without erasing the value of the original building.

Light surfaces, graphite stone details and generous glazing establish the new façade. Interior planning, fencing and landscape extend the transformation across the property. The project was featured by Bryła.pl.
